Security Guard
POSITION SUMMARY:
a) Performs security, emergency response, and organizational safety compliance responsibilities to provide for the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors and others; buildings, assets and premises. In addition, staff member will assist the maintenance department as necessary. This includes assuring that building components are maintained within safety guidelines as well as meeting the requirements of the facility. The staff member will also be responsible for inspecting all areas on preventative maintenance schedules, executing repairs as determined by skill and time and properly log all repairs.
II) EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSE/CERTIFICATE/REGISTRATION/EXPERIENCE:
a) High School Graduate or Equivalent
b) Formal training in security, law enforcement, and/or nonviolent crisis intervention is preferred
c) Valid Driver’s License Required
