LPN - LTC - PT - $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Part-time Night w/rotation as needed, every other weekend -
Under the direction and guidance of a registered nurse and/or provider, a LPN in our Long-Term Care department is responsible for safe resident care involving the administration of medications, treatments, and basic medical care. A LPN is a vital member of the care team because they are the direct link between a resident, their family, and their provider(s). Great communication skills are essential to this position because this enables the LPN to break down complicated medical and care information and present it in a manner that's more easily understood by the resident and their family members. Most importantly, LPNs are our resident advocates.
