POSITION TITLE: Radiology Manager REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
DATE: January 2021
I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for directing departmental activities of Diagnostic Imaging. The Imaging Manager will coordinate and implement standard protocols for imaging services and assure customer satisfaction.
II. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology with current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
2. Advanced education in modalities.
3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Technical radiology skills and equipment knowledge.
5. Extensive knowledge of HIS.
