FCMC Foundation’s grateful patient program connects people whose lives have been touched by exceptional care with opportunities to support that care for future patients has been launched by the Fulton County Medical Center Foundation.

We encourage you to share your story by clicking the link under the photo or by picking up a HALO card at one of the many displays throughout the Medical Center.

Your story doesn’t necessarily need to be about a doctor, or nurse. Perhaps it is a housekeeper, maintenance worker, pharmacist, registration clerk…the list goes on.
