The Fulton Family Practice Walk-In clinic is open to all patients whether you are a Fulton Family Practice patient or not. Below are some commonly asked questions to help you make the best choice for your healthcare:
Q & A
If I am not a Patient of Fulton Family Practice, can I still be seen in the Walk-In Clinic? Yes. However, if your insurance processes your claim as Out-of-Network, you could be responsible for higher copay, coinsurance, and/or deductible. Keep in mind that if other tests are ordered, your insurance may not cover them since Fulton Family Practice would be the ordering provider.
What if I am a Medical Assistance patient and I am not a Fulton Family Practice patient, can I be seen in the Walk-In Clinic? Yes. But, patients with Medical Assistance in which Fulton Family Practice is NOT their Primary Care Provider (PCP) will not be covered by their insurance. If you would like to be seen you will need to sign the MA Self-pay elect form and you will be responsible for the cost of the visit and any testing ordered.
What if I have insurance but I want to pay out of pocket? You would be eligible for FCMC’s Self-Pay discount program.
What if I my insurance is out-of-network? Patients can choose a self-pay option and not process their claims through their insurance. You would need to sign a self-pay elect form.
