Home Care

We bring specialized health services into the home of persons who need intensive, ongoing care, as well as short-term follow-up care. Home care services offered include skilled nursing care, home health aides, IV and chemotherapy, wound care, palliative care, physical, occupational and speech therapy.

The Home Care Department provides various free screenings throughout our service area, including Fulton County and surrounding areas. These screenings include:

• Blood Pressure screenings
• Cholesterol screenings
• Glucose screenings
