Welcome to Fulton Family Practice (FFP).

FFP offers appointments with physicians and physician extenders. We are a group practice. For routine appointments, schedule with your preferred provider in advance. For illness/injury or walk-in appointments you may see whichever is available. To schedule an appointment with one of our providers please call 717-485-4180.

Services

Virtual visits thru Doximity
Provide medical care to all ages including vaccines
Participate in the state funded vaccines for children, children are screened at each visit to see if they qualify.
Patient portal for questions to your provider, request an appt, request refill, update your medical history and see test results.
Many medications require prior authorization, our team is knowledgeable and able to provide prescription assistance
We will work with your provider to find the best option for you for Medication Expense.
After hours call service for urgent needs.
Be sure to give scheduler visit reason so we can schedule the appropriate amount of time for you with your provider.
If more than one family member is being seen multiple slots will be required to give you and your provider time.

We are accepting new patients, you may submit your request by mail, fax or drop off at the office.
