Sometimes an extra $100 may be all there is between you and success.

The Basics

If your group would like to be considered for a grant for a wellness/health project or program, you may fill out our application and return it to us.

If you do not have a specific project with specific health-improvement goals, but would like a sponsorship for things like sports teams, community groups, organizational t-shirts, etc., Please fill out the application. The Public Relations Department will review your request.
